The process

  2. Register and pay for group

Below you will find a list of our current groups. If you’re interested in joining a group, please fill out an appointment request form below and we will schedule an appointment with you.

Our Groups

Children’s Emotional Processing Group Ages 7-9 (Co-ed)

Learning to process thoughts and emotions is a vital part of a child’s mental wellness. In this group children will learn to share both their positive and negative experiences and feelings in a safe environment.

Through these facilitated interactions, children will learn to better regulate and manage their emotions. The group environment will also provide the opportunity to work on interpersonal skills.

This group will be:

  • Open to girls and boys ages 7-9 yrs old

  • 8 week series: Sept 27th-Nov. 15th 2023

  • Meet every Wednesday

  • Starts Wednesday, September 27th at 5:15pm-6:15pm

  • 60 mins per session

  • Up to 8 participants

  • Private insurance accepted or $35 per session out of pocket

Take a minute to write an introduction that is short, sweet, and to the point.

Girl Talk (Ages 10-13)

This group provides girls ages 10-13 yrs old an opportunity to connect and learn tools to combat negative self-talk and develop self-compassion.

This group also provides an opportunity for group members to connect with others and learn healthy coping skills.

This group will be:

  • Open to girls ages 10-13 yrs old

  • 7 week series: October 4th-Nov. 15th 2023

  • Meet every Wednesday

  • Starts Wednesday, September 27th at 6:00pm-7:00pm

  • 60 mins per session

  • Up to 8 participants

  • Private insurance accepted or $35 per session out of pocket

Virtual Middle School Support Group (Co-ed)

This group is for middle schoolers who may not be ready to attend group in-person but desire to have a safe space and community with like-minded people to process.

This group allows middle schoolers to build healthy connections and learn coping skills addressing, school stress, social anxiety, emotional regulation, etc.

This group will be:

  • Open to Middle School students

  • 8 week series: Sept 25th-Nov. 20th 2023 (no group on October 9th)

  • Meet every Monday

  • Starts Monday, September 25th at 6:00pm-7pm

  • 60 mins per session

  • Up to 8 participants

  • Virtual group via Zoom

  • Private insurance accepted or $35 per session out of pocket

Teen Process Group (High School Students)

This is an in-person process group. This group provides a safe and supportive space for high schoolers experiencing common challenges like depression, anxiety, high risk behaviors, and interpersonal relationship struggles.

Group members will gained new coping skills and have an opportunity to build healthy connections.

This group will be:

  • Open to high schoolers

  • 7 week series: October 3rd-Nov. 21st 2023 (No group on Oct. 31st)

  • Meet every Tuesday

  • Starts Tuesday, September 26th at 6:00pm-7pm

  • 60 mins per session

  • Up to 8 participants

  • Private insurance accepted or $35 per session out of pocket

Virtual Parenting Support Group

This group provides a safe place for parents and caregivers to connect and discuss successes and challenges of raising children.

This group will focus on identifying common stressors relating to parenting and discuss strategies to promote healthy relationship with your children.

This group will also focus on helping parents establish healthy self-care practices and decrease stress.

This group will be:

  • This is an ongoing online weekly group

  • Starts Wednesday, September 27th 7pm-8pm

  • 60 mins per session

  • $20 per session out of pocket
