Who we are.

We are a diverse group of clinicians and graduate interns committed to offering a range of services to meet the needs of individuals, families, couples, children, and the communities we serve. We continually strive to maintain a supportive team culture and encouraged continual self-of the therapist development by engaging in group supervision and live therapy. Our main location is at the heart of Newington, CT. We also have an additional office in Windsor. We served the surrounding towns as well as providing tele-health throughout CT.

Open Positions.

We are looking for full-time (25+ billable client hours) and/or part-time, (16-20 billable client hours) W-2, fee for service clinicians to join our team. Provisionally licensed (LPCA and MFTA) and licensed (LMFT, LPC, & LCSW) clinicians are encouraged to apply.

Job Highlights

Qualifications:

  • Master’s (Required)

  • Clinical license must be in good standing in the state of CT

  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience providing assessment and treatment

  • The ideal candidate is someone who is personable, empathetic, and a clinically skilled mental health counselor

  • Must hold one of the following credentials to start: LMSW, MFTA, LPCA, LPC, LMFT, & LCSW (licensed or license-eligible in the State of CT)

Responsibilities:

  • Provides individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy

  • Clinician will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy to address a range of mental health concerns

  • Experience with charting electronically through an online electronic health (EMR) system

  • Respond in a timely manner to email communication

  • Maintains client confidentiality; adhering to professional standards and the practice’s policies and procedures.

  • Clinicians will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed
