Rose Hill

Child, Teen, & Adult Therapist

Hi! I’m Rose, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who works with school aged children, teens, adults, and families.

In my therapeutic work, I use a strength-based, person-centered approach. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy and mindfulness using a trauma informed lens to develop support tailored to your goals for our time together. Most importantly, I prioritize building genuine rapport and trust, creating a space where you can feel at ease exploring your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors as you work toward lasting change.

Over the past six years, I have worked with elementary school-aged children and their families in a school setting, supporting the development of self-regulation skills, social skills, and behavior management strategies. Prior to this, I worked as an academic counselor at colleges and universities, helping individuals navigate academic, career, and life challenges. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for supporting people across all stages of life.

Whether you're a child learning to manage big emotions, a teen navigating identity and relationships, or an adult seeking clarity and healing… I'm here to walk alongside you on that journey.
