The Prepare-Enrich inventory is a widely recognized assessment used for engaged, married and committed couples.  This assessment tool has been developed over 30 years and over 3 million couples have utilized this tool to improve their relationships. This assessment tool focuses on helping couples identify their growth and strength areas. I also use the PREPARE/ENRICH with married couples to gain better insight into their relationship, which helps to customize their treatment plan. 

Do I need pre-marital Counseling? isn’t our love enough?

Loving each other does not mean that you necessarily have the skills to navigate conflicts and deal with rough patches that will come up in your relationships. All couples have things to work through. However, healthy couples put the time in energy in learning healthy communication skills and learn to identify and repair those issues.

How does pre-marital counseling work?

1.   To begin the process, we will obtain your individual email addresses (yours and your partner’s). 

2.   We will email you both with a personal password to enter on the Prepare and Enrich website in order to log into their system. 

3.   You will have to make a one time payment of $35 for the assessment tool.

4.   Both you and your partner will take this assessment separately by answering approximately 200 questions. Your responses are private and will not be available to each other. 

5.   You will receive two copies of the ten page profile in your second session

6.   Together we will discuss and explore the strengths and growth areas (areas in need of improvement) of your relationship based on your unique couple assessment.
