Mindfulness and Self-Compassion Group
(IN-PERSON)
This is an 8-week program that will focus on helping you learn new skills to respond to your thoughts and feelings.
This group will be focused on mindfulness-based cognitive therapy addressing depression, stress, anxiety and loneliness. Whether you are a SAHM, an entrepreneur, a healthcare worker, this group is for you.
This group will meet in-person starting on Monday March 7th at 10am-11am
