Nardine Staroverov

Hope Speaks Counseling was founded by Nardine Staroverov, LMFT, with a vision to provide high-quality, compassionate mental health care for individuals, couples, and families in the Windsor and surrounding Connecticut communities.

As Clinical Director, Nardine oversees the clinical integrity of the practice, provides supervision to associate therapists working toward licensure, and offers advanced consultation in couples therapy, particularly in the areas of relationship repair, emotional safety, and complex relational dynamics.

While she is not currently accepting new therapy clients, Nardine remains actively involved in supporting and mentoring the Hope Speaks clinical team to ensure clients receive thoughtful, ethical, and effective care.

Her leadership reflects a deep commitment to excellence, clinical growth, and creating a practice where both clients and clinicians feel supported.

Availability: Not accepting new therapy clients. Currently providing clinical supervision for associate therapists and consultation for clinicians working with couples.
