Karellyn Sanchez is a dedicated master’s level counseling intern who works with individuals, couples, and families navigating life’s emotional challenges. With a compassionate and trauma-informed approach, Karellyn is especially passionate about helping families who feel overwhelmed by their child’s behavior or emotional struggles and are looking for real tools, clarity, and healing.
As a Marine Corps veteran and mother of twins, Karellyn understands both the complexity and strength found in family life. She brings a unique blend of clinical insight and lived experience to her work, offering support that is both grounded and practical. Her goal is to help you understand your child’s needs, restore calm in your home, and guide your family toward healthier patterns of connection and communication.
Karellyn integrates evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment theory, and family systems therapy. She also offers faith-based and holistic integration for those who desire a spiritual dimension in their healing journey.
